Keisei timetable change on 21 November: an earlier 5:20 Skyliner to Narita Airport

京成線ダイヤ改正(2026年11月21日)

The first Skyliner from Keisei-Ueno now leaves 20 minutes earlier every day, and on weekends one evening Liner becomes a Skyliner to the airport.

Keisei Electric Railway revises its timetable from Saturday 21 November 2026 for weekend and holiday services, and from Tuesday 24 November for weekdays.

For airport travellers the main change is an extra early Skyliner: on both weekdays and weekends a Skyliner now leaves Keisei-Ueno at 5:20, so the first departure is 20 minutes earlier than the previous 5:40.

On weekends and holidays, one Evening Liner that used to run from Keisei-Ueno to Keisei-Narita becomes a Skyliner running through to Narita Airport. Times of some other trains also change.

For visitors

  • Catching an early flight from Narita? The 5:20 Skyliner from Keisei-Ueno (also calling at Nippori) is now the first one.
  • Skyliner seats are all reserved; tickets can be bought online, at Keisei stations or from machines. Several online sellers offer discounted Skyliner e-tickets for visitors.
  • The JAPAN RAIL PASS does not cover Keisei — pass holders can use JR's Narita Express instead.
